Run, Arnold, Run!
August 6, 2003Wow, Arnold has ended the speculation and he is running for governor! All the so-called pundits were saying he wouldn’t run.
Well Arnold surprised them all. And good for him–this damned recall process needs some star power, and he’s gonna deliver that. I think he’d be better than Gray Davis.
It’ll be interesting to see if he’s really electable, but then in this recall you don’t really have to win a majority. It’s whoever wins the most votes, and given the number of people entering the race that means it’s likely a small percentage of voters is all he needs to win. If he can secure like 15 or 20 percent of the voters he’s in.
