Recall recalled!!
September 16, 2003Oh dammit, the federal courts have delayed the recall election. The decision isn’t final quite yet–seems everyone involved plans an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
I certainly hope the delay is rescinded–if the election isn’t held in October I might not get to vote in it. Because I’ll have hopefully sold my condo by October, meaning I won’t have a residence in California anymore. I’ll be a resident of Kentucky instead.
Now I am not saying anything bad about Kentucky–we’ve got our own governor’s race going on. But it’s just not the fun-filled circus that we’re having out in the Golden State.
They’d better overturn this delay in the recall. I want to vote for Arnold!.
