Ah yes, I am so going to miss San Francisco politics. Seems Supervisor Daly took advantage of Mayor Brown’s absence to do some pocket appointments to the PUC.

God that is so ballsy. almost a mini-coup type of thing. Willie Brown deserves it, he’s such a machine politician. Besides, if you’re dumb enough to appoint Daly as acting mayor in your absence, you deserve whatever mess he creates for you.
