Speaking of Bowls…
December 3, 2003Holy crap, I hadn’t realized there were this many college bowl games. Who the hell came up with all these bowls?
I’ve never heard of some of these–the Tire Bowl? Who the heck is sponsoring that one?
It’s amazing that teams so far down the list in their own conference are even able to get into a bowl. Like Kansas, the Big-12’s seventh-ranked team, is in the Tangerine Bowl. If you’re only seventh-ranked in the conference should you be going to a Bowl game at all? That’s just a sign there’s way too many Bowl games.
