Insight Communications sucks

The cable monopoly here in Louisville, Insight Communications, sucks. They were supposed to install my cable on Saturday, but missed the appointment window forcing me to re-schedule to next Saturday.

So I told them, you need to leave the basic cable (from the previous owner) running until I get the new digital cable installed next Saturday. Just transfer the account to my name or whatever, but leave it running.

Naturally, I get home tonight and the basic cable has been disconnected. The damned idiots went and did the exact opposite of what I asked them to do.

And I’ve been so looking forward to the new Battlestar Galactica mini-series on Sci Fi. In fact I’m at work right now because we have DirecTV up in the lunchroom. I’m gonna have to watch the show here in the lunchroom.

I hate Insight Communications. They suck. Enought said.
