Kentucky’s Ice
January 25, 2004Had the first real winter event since I moved here to Louisville–a major ice storm. This morning I ventured out thinking I would go work out at the YMCA but it was so slick and dangerous I had a change in plans. Instead I just went to Kroger’s, bought a paper, and then came home. Where I’ve been ever since.
I spent the day reading the paper, and did some organizing trying to clean up the small spare bedroom. I’m close, I still have a bit more to do but it’s looking decent. Then it’s on to the large spare bedroom.
