Greenspan urges cuts to Social Security
February 25, 2004Fed Chairman Allen Greenspan is urging cuts in future Social Security benefits. And so it begins–death by a thousand cuts, until eventually Social Security is no more.
I’m definitely not counting on it being there when I retire–gotta save as much as I can now. I just re-balanced my CNET 401K, moving some money into one of the emerging markets funds. Gonna be more agressive with the 401K for the next few years, see how it goes.
