Maybe winter isn’t coming quite yet
October 20, 2004I thought winter was coming already, but not so fast. It was in the 70’s yesterday, and supposed to be again for the next couple days. Worse, the mild weather combined with our recent much-needed rainfall means the damn lawn is still growing. I think I’m gonna have to mow it this weekend.
What a pain–I was all set to take the blade of the mower and have it sharpened for next year. Mowing is the one bad thing about having a lawn. Besides the lawn I inherited is crappy, I need to do some serious weed-and-feed effort next year to try and turn this into a real lawn instead of weed central.
