Turning a SNES into a handheld

I was at the library this afternoon and the current issue of Popular Science has this cool project to convert an old Super Nintendo into a handheld gaming device. Turns out it is one project of many from a book called Hacking Video Game Consoles.

I might have to pick up a copy of the book, it could really cool to have a handheld version of the SNES.
