Loving Lego Star Wars
April 17, 2005The new Lego Star Wars game is sucking up a lot of my time. The premise is done so well–you play thru the first three episodes of Star Wars, but as Lego characters. It’s a kid’s game but it’s fun enough that adults, or at least adults like me, can enjoy it.
What I like is that when you die, you don’t have to start the game all over. You just get resurrected at the last point in the game and keep trying. Plus the puzzles you have to solve are reasonably easy, again since it was aimed at a younger audience.
So far I’m finished with the first pass at Episode I, though I probably need to go back to collect some bonus pieces I missed the first time thru. I’m no working my way thru Episode II. I think even if I finish in time, I will hold off on starting Episode III until after I see the movie next week.
