Keeping a food diary
May 25, 2005Well I’ve really put on the tonnage since moving here and I need to get my weight back under control. So I’m starting to keep a food diary again, to help me monitor what and how much I eat. It’s a trick that worked well when a few years ago when I got serious about trying to lose some weight.
Hopefully I’ll be able to get rid of some of this fifteen pounds I’ve packed onto my belly. Too many buffets, dammit. And too little walking–I used to walk everywhere when I was living in the Bay Area but here you drive everywhere.
