They finally took down that link
December 13, 2005Looks like that link from the porn site finally went away today. The traffic from their site dropped off dramatically today compared to yesterday, so I would guess it went down sometime this morning.
The thing is, it appears that what happened is the voting for the awards is over. So they never actually fixed the link on the ballot, it went away because the ballot itself came down today. Which means the voting is unfair–the link to my site should have been going to somebody else’s site (nsfw). That person was cheated out of votes because of the bad link to my site.
It’s yet another voting scandal here in America. Not quite on par with Florida in the 2000 presidential elections, or Ohio in the 2004 elections. But a scandal nonetheless–the guy who runs Rex’s World should file a lawsuit or something.
