TR actually beat Gamespot at Halo 2

The TechRepublic Halo 2 team beat Gamespot’s team last night on Xbox Live. I was there cheering them on. And of course snarfing up the free pizza.

I’ll admit I’m surprised, I thought a bunch of people who spent all day playing and writing about video games would beat our team. But Shawn built a great team that played very well and soundly trounced Gamespot. They played best 2 out of 3, and even the one game our team lost was by a very slim margin. The two games they won were by wide margins.
