Forgot to tell me about casual Friday

My boss forgot to mention that Humana has a “casual Friday” policy. So I bop in to work this morning wearning slacks and tie, while every single person on my team is in jeans. Including my boss.

I quickly took off the tie but there was nothing I could do about the rest of my get-up. So I was stuck the whole day somewhat over-dressed. Not that everybody observes casual Friday–there were still people I saw who had dressed up like me, some even in full suits. But the majority of folks appeared to be in more casual clothing.

Oh well, now I know for next Friday.
