Informing me that I may have an extra tax liability because of some options I exercised last year. On the bright side, they recommend I wait until April 1 to file. Because they're trying to negotiate a settlement with the IRS. That is classy of the company to do. I'm a procrastinator anyway so this is a great excuse to wait.
