I hate geese

I was visiting Indianapolis this weekend, and the place I stayed was next to a nice little pond.  Or rather, it would have been a nice pond except for an infestation of geese.  Thanks to those geese you couldn’t walk safely around the pond for fear of stepping in piles of geese poop.  Or for fear of being hissed at by those geese.

Geese are nasty animals, I don’t see the benefit to having them.  Their biological niche can be readily served by ducks, which are cuter and less agressive. 

So really we could just get rid of all the geese.  I suppose fans of foie gras might be impacted but they can make do with duck-based substitutes.

I’m going to vote for whichever presidential candidate advocates a global geese eradication program.
