					<description>Hi Rex,

I got a note from your dad indicating he's read about the theft of my computer (expressing sorrow and concern!). Since I had no access to your blogs, I did not know what he was talking about.

Now, I know!

And I am sorry you misunderstood our discussion... I must not have been clear... And indeed, some corrections are needed:

...not about the dental coverage.

I still have the note from my dental office indicating I had no coverage and thus they did not receive payments for my visit. So I paid the dental bill. I have the notes from my dentist informing me that they did not get payment. And I have my check record on the payment I made.

That's what I shared with you when you were home. (Inspite of how you felt about the holiday, I was very happy to have you home and thoroughly enjoyed every minute you spent with me....I always do. we'll try and do better next time.)

I go to the dentist twice a year because of dental problems and the insurance coverage is very important.

On the needed "corrections" on your blog (if truth must be said):

It is true that I established the bank account with Wells Fargo (where he banks) to facilitate transferring funds

That is for the $18,000 award stipulated on the divorce decree (that he owes me).

I do not think his wife knows that Pablo ignores collection letters from Chuck Fawcett.... Perhaps I should send her a copy of the divorce decree.

Everytime I have the lawyer contact Pablo, it costs me money... and Pablo just ignores the letter. My funds are very limited.

Chuck had suggested that I pursue this with a Nevada lawyer who can garnish some of the family income.... but, again, that will cost me money to put in place.

I have thought many times that since I cannot afford to hire a Nevada lawyer, I should just relocate to Nevada and announce that I am moving in with them -- until they start making payments!

You always accuse me of not exerting effort to collect on what he owes. \

You are wrong. I am trying the best I can with the least expense to me.

Chuck Fawcett had written him....after 5 years.....and Pablo just ignored it.

Ultimately, this will be a debt Pablo will leave his family on his death ---

No, I am not giving up. I know you don't believe it now because of the things he had done in the past, but your dad is a good man.

He will honor the terms of the divorce decree. I am suere he is just waiting for the right time to pay the $18,000 (plus earned interest).

He knows he should not leave that debt for his family to pay. He spent that money, he will pay it.

And and as I always suggest to you. It is time to make peace ... Give each other a chance to explain the "other side of the story"

I love you, Rex.

<description>rex,. I'm sorry to read about what you have written about your dad, I just want to correct you, our bank record has a monthly entry of payment to PEARL ASSOCIATES since 2002 for your mom's dental insurance, the latest payment was made on January 4, 2008. I don't think you are being fair to your dad. Anyway, you and Ms. Jeanette are welcome to visit us so that you can meet your halfbrother &#38; halfsister (Alexi and Alexa). And I want you to know that your DAD is not a liar, He's been always good to us. And I know he's a good person and he deserved to be loved and respected.
